The ISCARE Clinical Centre is certified by TÜV SÜD Czech and meets the requirements of the ISO 9001: 2015 (quality management) and ISO 14001: 2015 (environmental management) standards.
- Integrated management system policy

With effect from 01.08.2016, the management of ISCARE a.s. announces the Integrated Management System Policy * with the proviso that it will:
- Continue to ensure the high quality of the services provided, including maintaining standard and introducing new procedures and effective solutions to tasks.
- Continue existing and further develop patient care.
- Create the necessary resources, ensure a suitable technical background and a pleasant environment in relation to the context of the company and meet the requirements of stakeholders.
- To create such a motivating environment for employees to perceive their belonging to the clinic.
- Respond to changes, expectations and needs of patients and other partners. In connection with this, apply new technologies and knowledge.
- Require all employees and associates of the company to fully perform their duties. These are constantly monitored.
- Comply with applicable binding obligations relating to the company, including monitoring and evaluation of processes.
- Inform the public, stakeholders and employees about the policy of the integrated system and its implementation.
- Constantly increase your emergency preparedness and thus reduce the negative impact on the environment.
- Continuously improve the established system.
