Dear patients,

We would like to announce that from Monday 1st March 2021 is a necessary condition for hospitalization at the ISCARE Clinical Centre a PCR test for COVID-19 disease. The test must not be older than 48 hours. Without submitting it, you will not be allowed admission to medical treatment in our centre. This condition applies not only to multi-day but also to one-day hospitalization. This examination is not required in patients who have experienced Covid-19 disease, have completed quarantine and from the first positive test have past less than 90 days. Furthermore, this test is not required for persons with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate who have been 14 days after the second dose (confirms a medical report) or for a single dose schedule (as evidenced by a valid certificate). The vaccinated person must not have any of the following Covid-19 diseases.

It remains valid and upon entry into the building is required:

• Temperature measurement. For persons with above 37.0°C, the temperature will be checked repeatedly with an interval of 15 minutes. If the temperature limit of 37.0°C is repeatedly exceeded or if there is a visible positive symptom of COVID-19, entry will not be allowed.
• Hand disinfection
• Respiratory protection with respirator only
• Completion of the questionnaire – Affidavit of persons entering the KCI in connection with the Covid-19 pandemic

Visits and accompaniment of patients:

• Patients entering the KCI are allowed to be accompanied by a maximum of one person
• Visits to inpatients are prohibited until further notice
